Nancy L. Marchell, MD is a Board-Certified Dermatologist with specialization in surgical and cosmetic dermatology.  Born in Honolulu, Hawaii, Dr. Marchell earned her Medical Degree from the University of Hawaii John A. Burns School of Medicine and completed her internship in internal medicine at the University of Hawaii Integrated Medical Residency Program.  Her two-year dermatology research fellowship and residency training in dermatology was performed at the University of California in San Francisco.  She completed a dermatology residency at the Washington Hospital Center in DC and a cosmetic and laser surgery fellowship in San Diego, which included training in Mohs micrographic surgery, laser resurfacing, liposuction, hair transplantation, collagen and Botox® therapy, fat transfer, and chemical peels.

Dr. Marchell is a Fellow and Diplomat of the American Academy of Dermatology.  She is a Fellow of the American Society of Mohs Micrographic Surgery, American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery, and American Society of Dermatologic Surgery.  Dr. Marchell’s researched is published in several peer-reviewed medical journals, including the Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology, Archives of Dermatology, Dermatologic Surgery, Aesthetic Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery, Journal of Investigative Dermatology, and Journal of Clinical Investigation. She contributed a book chapter to Cosmetic Surgery:  An Interdisciplinary Approach. Additionally, Dr. Marchell is an invited national and international guest lecturer for physician groups.

Dr. Marchell is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology, American Society of Mohs Micrographic Surgery, American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery, and American Society of Dermatologic Surgery.
